Etude House Nail Polish Remover #2 Extra Power (Great for glitter nail polish)

Lately, I have been posting a lot of glitter nail polish swatches on my blog and my friends and family always ask me the same question - I love glitter nail polish but how do you remove them EFFECTIVELY without the pain and hassle!!!!

Well I agree, glitter nail polish is a pain in the a***. I had always thought why would people bother to create such beautiful nail polish but doesn't develop a nail polish remover for it until I went shopping in Etude House. I found my solution with Etude House Nail Polish Remover #2 Extra Power!!!

They have 2 types of nail polish remover in the shop, just look for the one in blue @ with a No. 2 at the back of the bottle.

For the sake of people who don't know how to use nail polish remover, here's a simple tutorial just for you:

I've painted my nails in different glitter nail polishes - you can check out the swatches below:

The 3 simple steps in removing your glitter nail polish in 1 swipe ^o^ (nope i'm not exaggerating, its really EXTRA strong):

1. Wet your cotton and put it on your nail.
2. Apply some pressure over the top of the cotton and let it soak for a while
3. Remove the nail polish by pushing it outwards and in 1 swipe your nail polish is removed!!!

Here's some before and after photos (removing with 1 swipe):

The end result:

This is currently one of the best nail polish remover that I had ever owned ^o^

* ehem just for clarification - 1 bottle costs around RM 12.90 and please don't overuse the nail polish remover. The main reason why it can remove glitter nail polish effectively is because of the acetone compound in the product itself. *

Love,

Hey 1 bottle is RM 12.90 but be careful and not over use it - its stronger coz of extra acetone.

wa... so strong! will it be too harsh for our nail?

@Yuh Jiun - you have to let your nails rest in between after you remove the glitter nail polish because products with acetone is quite harsh on the nails.

@HerYuan Lau - The product is harsh because you can see that your nail is a bit white-ish after removing the nail polish. I always allow my nails to rest for 1 - 2 days and continue with my normal nail/skincare routine.
