NYX Nude on Nude palete

[REVIEW] L'OREAL PARIS Renewal Lash Serum {sponsored}

How do you get fuller lash without undergoing surgery or having to endure the pain of putting on fake lashes all the time? I have a longer than average asian lash but its not as thick as I want it to be. I'm really jealous of the girl with the lash above. I'd spent most of my time and money on falsies or relying on mascaras that vows to give you volumising effect but to no avail.

Ok back to the product. I started using the product on 13. 11.2012 and here's a couple of before photos to show how my eyelashes really are :(

OMG, you can't even see the lashes on the photo ( these were actually the few good ones that can "see" it). I really hope this lash serum would help.

Here's how my lashes looks like after 2 weeks of usage:

What I think:

Eventhough the length of my lash looks similar after 2 weeks, its actually darker and stronger. You can actually see my lashes on the photo!!!! Unlike in the before photos where my lashes looks as if they do not exist at all.

Also if you have a really sharp eye, I actually have a small bald spot on my right eye. Now that I had used the lash serum for 2 weeks, I actually have some baby tiny lash growing. I was really surprised that it would grow since I had always thought that its just my genes. I don't remember when I actually have lashes on that part :P

My rating: 8/10
The wand was super easy to manage, and the serum was super easy to apply. I did not experience any stinging on the eye when I put it on. The lash serum does help with strengthening the lashes. They did say that you will see the full result after 4 weeks of usage, since i'm only halfway there, I can't wait to see how my lashes would be on the 4th week itself!!!!

I had received a purple eyeshadow from Office Makeup USA. I find the colour is really pigmented. Its a shimmery eyeshadow, not the kind that is overpowering but just nice to give you that shine. The actual colour is a bit darker. Sorry i don't have a photo of the swatch, I had tried doing it on the spot but the photo appeared to be so blurry but here's a super enlarged photo of the texture.

Actually if you had followed me since the beginning you will notice that this isn't the 3D Resplendent Lip Gloss as shown in the card. It is actually the Office Makeup USA Winter Collection: Nude & Sexy Lips limited edition Hydra Radiance Lip Gloss Mini Combo that is worth RM 138.00. Hmm did I receive the wrong item? Ah well but I still love the product. Isn't the colours just awesome? I can't wait to try them on.

Everybody loves getting samples to try before they actually buy the product itself. Its simply so that they do not waste money in buying products that they don't use or not suitable for them. This applies to me as well but mainly its because I absolutely love trying new things.

THE FACE SHOP: Friendship Day event at Korea Plaza, Menara Hap Seng on 10/11/2012

Did you know that friendship day is known as Pepero Day in Korean? Why would there be a day named after a chocolate stick? Well Pepero day falls on 11/11every year and the numbers that makes up the date looks very similar to pepero sticks. Koreans would celebrate their friendship by exchanging a box of pepero, some say lovers would exchange pepero just like Valentine's day. It symbolises the person to "be No. 1". Weird huh but its still a great day nonetheless ^o^

The Face Shop Malaysia had recently organised a Friendship Day event for its members on 10.11.2012 at Korea Plaza, Menara Hap Seng. Each member who RSVP for the event can bring 1 friend with them but I pleaded with The Face Shop management to bring 2 BFF's!!!!

There was a lot of exciting events prepared for us on that day.
