Initially what I wanted was:
1. A single room
2. Clean
3. Convenient location - the nearer it is to TIME SQUARE the better it will be for me
4. Safe - The event finishes really late and since I'm travelling alone, I want the place to be at a safe area.
5. CHEAP!!!!! (Yeah I'm currently low in "currents" - have to tighten up my budget)
With all these in mind, I started checking out both Agoda.com and Booking.com. I found several places but IRSIA attracted me the most (plus it was AFFORDABLE and even cheaper on Agoda.com!!!). There was a lot of good reviews about the place itself and it has a really great location.(Yay for me and now just to wait until that day come).

I thought Irsia had a superb location but I was DEAD WRONG - I got lost. I was too tired and walked in the wrong direction. The locals weren't helpful at all, they were practically directing me to everywhere. Luckily I went with my gut instinct and found it later on. When I arrived at the bnb, Mercedes - the person in charge at that time was soooo nice that I feel at home here. Thank you soo much Mercedes, you made my day!!!

Isn't the room just sweet. Its actually quite nice for a single room ( I had imagined it to be small and stuffy). Irsia do provide towels to their guest.
I even get another stand fan!!
If you still feel stuffy in the room don't forget that you can always switch this baby on!!!
